Job 21:22-26

Tuesday, April 10th, 2007/Job chapters 15-21

GOD'S MESSAGE FOR ME TODAY
"Can anyone teach God knowledge, In that He judges those on high? One dies in his full strength, Being wholly at ease and satisfied; His sides are filled out with fat, And the marrow of his bones is moist, While another dies with a bitter soul, Never even tasting anything good. Together they lie down in the dust, And worms cover them." Job 21:22-26

HOW DOES THIS APPLY TO MY LIFE?
A theme throughout Job is hope. Hope in justice. Rich or poor, strong or weak, we will all die. The one thing that separates people is the result of their hope. Did they have hope in the things of the world or hope in Christ Jesus?

Now faith is the assurance of things hoped for, the conviction of things not seen. —Hebrews 11:1
