Hosea 13:6

Tuesday, July 17th, 2007/Hosea chapters 12–14

GOD'S MESSAGE FOR ME TODAY
As they had their pasture, they became satisfied, And being satisfied, their heart became proud; Therefore they forgot Me. Hosea 13:6

HOW DOES THIS APPLY TO MY LIFE?
I have been feeling convicted of this recently. Having my "stuff" take time away from spending it with God. Video games, DVD's, TV, internet, and even books. Please don't get me wrong. These aren't bad, but they aren't productive either. When I have free time, I hope I will eventually get to the point where I will crave time spent with God or showing His love to others.
