Lamentations 3:19–21

Monday, July 2nd, 2007/Lamentations

GOD'S MESSAGE FOR ME TODAY
Remember my affliction and my wandering, the wormwood and bitterness. Surely my soul remembers And is bowed down within me. This I recall to my mind, Therefore I have hope. —Lamentations 3:19–21

HOW DOES THIS APPLY TO MY LIFE?
It is always tough going through hard times, but we do get through them! Some hardships last longer than others but there is an end thanks to God. So when another period of distress comes, we can have authentic hope that God will see us through them again! For as the next verse says "The LORD'S lovingkindnesses indeed never cease, For His compassions never fail."
